Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy, giving you 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when received, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at createdbychaos@outlook.com with your order details and the items you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package.

Important Notes:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and provide a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return your current item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund or store credit has been approved. Please note that if approved, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
